Our projects
(Pilot Project)
Goat rearing
We pioneered a goat rearing model in Kyengera in Wakiso to provide women with a sustainable source of income, nutrition, economic empowerment, and social mobility. Our pilot project focused on breeding, feeding, healthcare, and marketing best practices, ensuring the long-term viability and scalability of this innovative initiative. By supporting goat rearing, we aimed at improving women’s livelihoods, increased food security, and promoted sustainable agriculture practices.
Clean water project
Delivering access to clean water, reducing water-borne diseases, improving overall health, hygiene, quality of life, and economic productivity. Our program installs, maintains, and promotes sustainable water management systems, ensuring that communities have reliable access to this essential resource. By providing clean water, we contribute to improved sanitation, hygiene, nutrition, education, and economic opportunities for women, children, and families.
Eco-Briquettes
Transforming waste into eco-friendly briquettes, reducing deforestation, pollution, and promoting sustainable energy solutions for cooking, heating, and other domestic uses. Our innovative approach creates a cleaner, healthier environment, mitigating climate change, promoting environmental stewardship, and supporting sustainable development. By utilizing waste materials, we reduce the pressure on natural resources, decrease greenhouse gas emissions, and help protect biodiversity.
Sanitary pads project
Breaking menstrual taboos through sanitary pad provision, education, advocacy, and community engagement, promoting menstrual hygiene management, girls’ education, and women’s empowerment. Our program addresses the root causes of menstrual stigma, providing a comprehensive solution that includes product distribution, health education, and community mobilization. By promoting menstrual hygiene, we aim to improve girls’ attendance, academic performance, and overall well-being, while also supporting women’s economic empowerment and social mobility.
Agriculture project
Enhancing women’s livelihoods through sustainable agriculture practices, improving food security, income, community well-being, and environmental sustainability. Our program provides training, resources, support, and market access to help women farmers optimize crop yields, diversify their income streams, build resilient agricultural systems, and adapt to climate change. By promoting sustainable agriculture, we contribute to improved nutrition, health, education, and economic opportunities for women and their families.
Women empowerment
Empowering women through comprehensive sewing skills training, promoting economic independence, self-sufficiency, confidence, entrepreneurship, and social mobility. Our program fosters a supportive community, providing resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help women overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and realize their full potential. By acquiring sewing skills, women gain financial stability, improve their family’s well-being, and contribute to their community’s economic growth.
